If you are looking forward to spending Christmas without breakfast, hot water, properly functioning fridge, clean washrooms, bedding and good quality facilities, then you have come to the right place. On the bright side, their staff is friendly and responsive. the hotel's location seems to be great; not too far from the main city and easy to locate. Another advantage enjoyed was a good view from the balcony on a sunny day, but that was about it.
It's a no-brainer that the worst aspect about this hotel was the lack of basic amenities. We were promised things that were never given.
